ProteGo Hygiene

Protect the places where business happens.

Every shared surface in a building shapes how people feel about working there. ProteGo adds up to 30 days of protection per application to high-touch surfaces, measured before and after with ATP testing.

The challenge

Out of sight. Not out of mind.

Offices and common areas look clean after the morning round. Then hundreds of people arrive, and the same few surfaces are touched again and again.

  • High footfall

Lobbies, lifts and turnstiles carry a steady flow of tenants, visitors and staff from morning to evening.

  • Shared everything

Meeting rooms, hot desks and pantries are used by different people throughout the day.

  • Pressure on FM teams

Facility teams are asked to show consistent standards across large buildings, often with no simple way to measure them.

    Review and map

We study your building, occupancy patterns and movement to map the high-touch surfaces that matter most.

What it means

For everyone who shares the space.

  • Owners and asset managers

A visible, documented hygiene standard that reflects how you look after your building.

  • Facility management teams

A monthly programme that works alongside existing housekeeping, with ATP readings to show the results.

  • Tenants, visitors and staff

Cleaner shared touchpoints in the lobbies, lifts and meeting rooms they use every day.

FAQ

Will it disrupt tenants?

Applications are scheduled around your building's hours, usually when areas are quiet. ProteGo is about 98% water, non-flammable, and needs about 1 hour to dry.

Does it replace cleaning?

No. Your team cleans as usual. ProteGo protects treated surfaces between cleans.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. We treat one area, take ATP readings before and after, and share a report so you can decide.

What does an ATP reading measure?

Organic residue on a surface, in Relative Light Units (RLU). It is a cleanliness indicator, not a count of microbes. Lower is cleaner.

How has ProteGo been tested?

Its efficacy has been tested by an NABL-accredited laboratory.

Start with a pilot.

One area. One application. See the ATP readings, then decide.
