ProteGo Hygiene

Every touchpoint shapes the guest experience.

Moviegoers expect a clean, comfortable space that reflects the quality of your brand. ProteGo adds up to 30 days of protection per application to the surfaces guests touch most, from ticketing to the final credits.

The challenge

Focus on what guests touch most.

A single visit takes in parking, ticketing, security, concessions, the auditorium and washrooms. Each step involves shared, high-touch surfaces.

  • Show after show

Auditoria turn over several times a day, with little time between screenings.

  • Shared screens and scanners

Ticket kiosks, QR scanners and payment terminals are touched by guest after guest.

  • The gap between cleans

Housekeeping between shows matters, but once a surface dries the next touch can recontaminate it.

FAQ

Will application interrupt our shows?

No. Applications usually take place outside operating hours, and surfaces need about 1 hour to dry.

Can it go on cup holders or food counters?

No. ProteGo is for hard, non-food-contact, high-touch surfaces, so we leave out cup holders, tray tables and food-serving surfaces.

Does it replace cleaning?

No. Your team cleans as usual. ProteGo protects treated surfaces between cleans.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. We treat one area, take ATP readings before and after, and share a report so you can decide.

What does an ATP reading measure?

Organic residue on a surface, in Relative Light Units (RLU). It is a cleanliness indicator, not a count of microbes. Lower is cleaner.

How has ProteGo been tested?

Its efficacy has been tested by an NABL-accredited laboratory.

Start with a pilot.

One area. One application. See the ATP readings, then decide.
