Hygiene doesn't stop at the production floor.
Microbes follow people, movement and touch throughout a facility. ProteGo adds up to 30 days of protection per application to the high-touch, non-product-contact surfaces around production, alongside the protocols you have already validated.

The challenge
The hygiene challenge beyond the manufacturing process.
Validated cleaning and disinfection protocols do essential work inside production. The offices, corridors, warehouses and amenities around it need attention too.
People on the move
Employees, contractors and visitors pass through reception, corridors, warehouses and amenities throughout every shift.
Shared touchpoints
Many people touch the same door handles, lift buttons, stair rails and access panels each day.
A site-wide GMP culture
These areas may not touch the product, yet consistent hygiene across the whole facility supports housekeeping and reinforces GMP culture.

For pharmaceutical
Assess with your QA team
A walkthrough with your QA team defines which high-touch, non-product-contact surfaces are in scope, aligned with your site SOPs, change control and QA approval where applicable.
What it means
For everyone who shares the space.
Quality Assurance and Validation
Clear boundaries: designed for non-product-contact surfaces only, with documented applications and ATP readings to review.
Site and facility leadership
A practical addition to environmental hygiene across offices, corridors, warehouses and staff facilities.
Operations
Scheduled applications planned around production to keep disruption to a minimum.
FAQ
Can ProteGo be used on product-contact surfaces or in sterile areas?
No. It is not intended for direct product-contact surfaces, validated manufacturing equipment or sterile manufacturing environments. Those stay with your validated cleaning and disinfection procedures.
What about areas close to production?
Equipment exteriors, QC laboratory support areas, material transfer corridors and similar spaces should be reviewed under your site's quality and change-control procedures first. When in doubt, consult your QA and Validation teams.
Does it replace cleaning?
No. Your team cleans as usual. ProteGo protects treated surfaces between cleans.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. We treat one area, take ATP readings before and after, and share a report so you can decide.
What does an ATP reading measure?
Organic residue on a surface, in Relative Light Units (RLU). It is a cleanliness indicator, not a count of microbes. Lower is cleaner.
How has ProteGo been tested?
Its efficacy has been tested by an NABL-accredited laboratory.
