ProteGo Hygiene

Hygiene beyond the production line.

In food manufacturing, hygiene is part of how you meet your standards every day. ProteGo adds up to 30 days of protection per application to the high-touch, non-food-contact surfaces around your production areas.

  • Change rooms and corridors
  • Warehouse and dispatch

The challenge

Clean at the start of a shift. Touched all day after.

Your cleaning and sanitation schedules are built for the production floor. Around it, people move through shared spaces and touch the same surfaces over and over.

  • Constant movement

Staff, contractors, drivers and visitors pass through entrances, change rooms, corridors and dispatch areas throughout every shift.

  • Scrutiny that never stops

Audits and customer inspections look for consistent, documented hygiene across the whole site, not just on the line.

  • Little room for downtime

Any extra hygiene step has to fit around production schedules, shift changes and planned shutdowns.

Where we protect

The surfaces that matter most.

Hard, non-food-contact, high-touch surfaces, mapped during your site assessment.

How we help

Taking hygiene from reactive to reliable.

Managed Protection Programme

We apply it. We prove it. We renew it.

  • Site assessment and surface mapping
  • Professional ULV application
  • ATP testing before and after
  • Digital hygiene report
  • Protected Space certification
  • Renewal every 30 days
  • For food manufacturing

Agree the scope with your team

We walk the site with your food safety team and agree which hard, non-food-contact, high-touch surfaces are in scope. Product-contact surfaces stay with your existing procedures.

What it means

For everyone who shares the space.

  • Food safety and quality teams

Before-and-after ATP readings and digital reports add a documented layer to the hygiene records you already keep.

  • Plant and operations heads

One scheduled application a month, planned around your production, with no change to your cleaning programme.

  • Your people

Cleaner shared touchpoints in the places they use every shift, from the entrance to the canteen.

FAQ

Can ProteGo be used on processing lines or conveyor belts?

No. ProteGo is for hard, non-food-contact surfaces only. It is not for food, ingredients, utensils or any surface that comes into direct contact with food or product.

Does it replace cleaning?

No. Your team cleans as usual. ProteGo protects treated surfaces between cleans.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. We treat one area, take ATP readings before and after, and share a report so you can decide.

What does an ATP reading measure?

Organic residue on a surface, in Relative Light Units (RLU). It is a cleanliness indicator, not a count of microbes. Lower is cleaner.

How has ProteGo been tested?

Its efficacy has been tested by an NABL-accredited laboratory.

Start with a pilot.

One area. One application. See the ATP readings, then decide.
