ProteGo Hygiene

Every meal begins with every surface.

Ordering counters, kiosks and door handles are touched all day. ProteGo protects hard, non-food-contact surfaces between cleans, for up to 30 days.

The challenge

Food safety doesn't end in the kitchen.

Food businesses already follow documented hygiene practices. But on a shared surface, a fresh clean lasts only until the next touch.

  • A busy customer journey.

Arrival, ordering counter, kiosk, payment, table, washroom and exit: each step adds shared surfaces.

  • Documentation is expected.

FSSAI requires food businesses to keep documented food safety management systems based on good hygiene practices.

  • Reviews travel fast.

Customers notice cleanliness, and online reviews and word of mouth reflect it.

FAQ

Is ProteGo safe to use near food?

It is designed only for hard, non-food-contact surfaces. Never apply it to food, ingredients, utensils, cookware or any surface that comes into direct contact with food.

How does it fit with FSSAI requirements?

ProteGo does not certify compliance. Its ATP results and digital reports add documented verification to the GHP and FSMS records you already keep.

Does it replace cleaning?

No. Your team cleans as usual. ProteGo protects treated surfaces between cleans.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. We treat one area, take ATP readings before and after, and share a report so you can decide.

What does an ATP reading measure?

Organic residue on a surface, in Relative Light Units (RLU). It is a cleanliness indicator, not a count of microbes. Lower is cleaner.

How has ProteGo been tested?

Its efficacy has been tested by an NABL-accredited laboratory.

Start with a pilot.

One area. One application. See the ATP readings, then decide.
